No!  Company Registers is very easy to use and we’re always here to help if you do get stuck.

You can set up as many users as required, each with their own login at no extra cost.

No, we use BizPortal for our data import but we are not a part of CIPC. We do not control company registrations, we only provide the registers for those entities.

The New Companies Act makes provision for the Company register to be kept in electronic form. Our on-line registers are all you will need.

R135 per Entity, per year, or R10,500 for Unlimited entities, per year. The amount paid will ensure your register is securely stored for a year from payment date. Upon expiry, you will need to pay again to renew the entity and access it. You can also purchase credits that will automatically assign to the next expiring Entity.

All payments are conducted via PayFast or EFT within the system, under the “My Fees Due” page.
